A fun, challenging Pilates workout at a deliberate pace. This class is sequenced to work all the major muscle groups. It incorporates all-over body awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance. This class sculpts your body, focuses your mind, and sends you back into your day feeling fully alive again.

Cardio Pilates Fitness pro is the perfect blend of high-intensity, calorie-burning cardio and lower-intensity, Pilates-based strength training. Experience extended, maximized results through a combination of interval training, traditional fitness, and modern Pilates. It emphasizes aerobic capacity and helps you burn more calories in less time. This dynamic, fun, and fast-paced boot camp-style class is sure to keep you engaged.

In this class, you will experience the endless Pilates repertoire with the energy of a group setting. Joseph Pilates designed specialized equipment, such as the Reformer, Cadillac and Low Chair, in order to tone and balance muscles without stressing the joints. Our classes help you develop your core strength, tone muscles, change shape, burn fat, define your body, improve posture and increase flexibility. The unique reformer apparatus, as well as the Cadillac and Low chair, will develop your body uniformly and increase awareness of alignment. So, to sum it all up: The Reformer “reforms” the body by providing it with a clear trajectory to move within – hence increasing movement efficiency.

Virtual Classes

At Sana Vita Studio, we offer virtual classes that allow you to take part in our pilates and yoga classes from anywhere in the world. Our live virtual classes provide the same personalized attention and expert instruction as our in-studio sessions, all from the comfort of your own home.

We’ve taken Pilates and a cardio workout to a whole new level. In this class, we will help you create your most optimal and efficient posture, breathing, and core stabilization strategy and this will improve your overall health.

Want to sweat, burn loads of calories, and challenge your body? Combining sets of cardio exercises and sets of Pilates exercises will sculpt your body and burn calories while enhancing your Pilates experience. You’ll leave feeling exhilarated, toned & most importantly you will strengthen your cardiovascular fitness level.

This Pilates inspired class emphasizes alignment while strengthening all the necessary things: shoulder-rotator cuff, hips/legs and core.

In this class, we will help you create your most optimal and efficient posture, breathing, and core stabilization strategy and this will improve your overall health.
Weights are encouraged but not necessary, cans or bottles can work too.
Classes are open to all levels. Expect to leave class feeling stronger, strengthened and renewed.

This is a Hatha based Yoga appropriate for students of all levels and ages:

You will get an introduction to basic yoga postures. The class ends with calming deep relaxation.
